SPECIAL MEETING

MINUTES

ROLL CALL: Chairman Don Vail called the meeting to order at 7:30 Pm. In attendance were Doug Lyons, Betsy Carr, Brian Krafjack, Derick Nicholas and Lissa van Dyke. Zoning Officer David Atkinson was in attendance.

OTHER BUSINESS: Executive Session: Discussion on the bond at 32 Water Street. The Commission went into executive session at 7:35 to discuss the bond at 32 Water Street. The Commission came out of executive session at 8:35 PM.

ADJOURNMENT: Motion to adjourn at 8:40 made by van Dyke, seconded by Carr. Unanimously approved.
