SPECIAL MEETING

MINUTES

November 23, 2010 6:00PM Borough Hall

Roll Call; Chairman Carr called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. In attendance were Julia Roberts, Don Vail and Zoning Officer David Atkinson.

Subcommittee discussion on condensing existing Master Plan, Amendments and Goals and Objectives into one document. The 1989 Amendments to the Master Plan were reviewed in detail. Discussion regarding the necessity of having a separate section or document for the area south of Cannon Square was held. Draft of Statement of Intent was reviewed. Concerns about additional language for parking may be necessary. David Atkinson to draft revisions to Introduction.

Subcommittee members to review Master Plan subsections for next meeting.

Chairman Carr adjourned the meeting at 7:45 PM
